Nothing in this screening constitutes medical advice. The scores, visualizations, and descriptions provided are educational in nature and should not be used to:

No Emergency Use

The INNATE name, design, scoring algorithms, and associated materials are the property of ChiroUnchained. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this tool without written permission.
Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
