INNATE Health Screen ("INNATE," "we," "us") is built by ChiroUnchained. We believe privacy should be simple to understand. This policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and why.
Images and Camera Data
Your photos are processed on your device. We do not upload, store, or transmit your camera images to any server.
The posture scan uses your phone's camera and a pose-detection model that runs locally in your browser. The images never leave your device. Once you complete the screening, the images are discarded from memory.
Balance and Motion Data
The balance test uses your phone's built-in accelerometer to measure postural sway. This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted or stored on our servers.
What We Collect
We may collect the following information only when you provide it:
- Contact information — name, email, phone number — if you choose to submit a lead form or request a follow-up from a chiropractic provider.
- Screening results — your calculated posture, balance, and spinal health scores. These are stored temporarily (up to 24 hours) to enable shareable result links.
- General location — if you choose to find a nearby provider, we use your approximate location or zip code to route you to the nearest participating chiropractor.
Analytics
We use consent-based analytics (Google Analytics and/or Meta Pixel) to understand how the screening is used — for example, how many people complete each step. These tools are only activated after you give consent. If you decline, no analytics code runs.
How We Use Your Information
When you voluntarily submit contact information:
- We forward it to the chiropractic practice associated with your screening so they can follow up with you.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third-party marketers.
- Lead data is transmitted via secure webhook to the practice's patient management system.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- GoHighLevel — to deliver lead information to participating practices.
- Google Analytics / Meta Pixel — consent-gated usage analytics only.
- MediaPipe (Google) — pose detection library loaded from CDN, runs entirely in your browser.
Data Retention
- Camera images: never stored. Discarded immediately after processing.
- Screening results: stored temporarily (up to 24 hours) for shareable links, then deleted.
- Contact information: retained by the receiving chiropractic practice per their own privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
INNATE is intended for general audiences. The family screening mode is designed to be used by a parent or guardian on behalf of their child. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental involvement.
Your Rights
You may:
- Decline analytics consent at the start of any screening.
- Choose not to submit contact information — the screening works without it.
- Request deletion of any lead data by contacting us.
